We can arrange any kind of tour you want! From supporter tours, to training camps, to pre-tournament preparation tours, to school group tours. With a range of destinations on offer, we can arrange coaching sessions and games to suit your grade, and the after-match function is always a good opportunity to share stories and forge cross-cultural friendships.
excellent, How many people can I bring along?
We specialise in group tours; so any group from 10 up is perfect. You can tour with just your mates or with your club team or with a school group comprising of multiple teams. Got a large group of over 100? We can work with that too! Just call us and we’ll arrange a quote and itinerary to suit you.
Do you arrange accommodation to0?
We arrange everything! From flights, to accommodation, to matches, to meals, to leisure activities. All you need to do is get your passport up-to-date, grab your boots and get ready to tour!
We’re touring with a team, but we’re not made of money… how do we FUNDRAISE?
We understand the massive investment you are making. So we have a range of fundraising ideas and assistance to help you get underway. Just ask us! We can also split out your payments so that you don’t have to come up with a scary lump sum. We’re here to work with you to make your tour easy and successful so no hassle is a hassle.
Touring is a big investment. so, What happens to our payments once you receive them?
We understand and appreciate what’s on the line financially here for you. To ensure your funds are 100% safe, Tour Time is TAANZ bonded. TAANZ (The Travel Agents’ Association of New Zealand) exists to stimulate, encourage and promote the desire to travel. As a self-regulating trade organisation, TAANZ works with its members to promote a Code of Ethics and Practice for travel agents, travel brokers and tour operators. We are held fully accountable, so your tour deposit and payments are therefore held in an audited and bonded account that cannot be used for operating expenses. Your security is important to us.
we don’t know anything about touring overseas…how will we get by once we land?
To put your mind at ease from the outset, we offer Tour Managers. They won’t just set your itinerary and send you on your way. They’ll join you every step of the way to care for you, keep you safe, take you to places you never thought possible, and ensure you make the most of every second of your trip.
