Brent is President of Rugby Tours International’s United States, New Zealand and Australia offices. Brent’s knowledge of tour and travel arrangements is second to none as he was a commercial pilot 14 years ago before joining our parent-company, Tour Time. He is always happy to share his knowledge and experiences with new and regular clients in pursuit of the perfect tour program.
Brent enjoys touring with groups as well, albeit only occasionally these days. He can sometimes be found travelling with your group as Tour Manager to an overseas destination.
Brent loves life with his wife Sarah and four children Abbie, James, Elise and Pippa and is an avid All Blacks supporter as he is a Kiwi!

Travis is very much a family man and spends his time looking after groups travelling throughout the USA with our sister company, American Explorer Motorcoach and Student Explorations. Travis is the Head Coach of Queen Creek High School and has won coach of the week multiple times in Arizona.
Joe Germaine - Director of Sales

Joe is our director of sales and is a rugby convert…….Joe played 5 seasons as a quarterback in the NFL and won a Super Bowl Ring with the Rams in Super Bowl XXXIV. He played college football at Ohio State and now turns his hand to being the Director of Sales at RTI. Joe is passionate about rugby and helping teams travel around the world to experience everything that Rugby has to offer on and off the field.
